We offer various types of physiotherapy services to better assist you:

Conventional Physiotherapy: This primarily involves manual techniques, physical exercises, and physical modalities (such as heat, cold, and electrotherapy). The goal of conventional physiotherapy is to relieve pain, improve physical function, and prevent future complications.

Perineal physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physiotherapy, also called perineal rehabilitation, is a specialty of physiotherapy that focuses on the assessment and treatment of dysfunctions associated with the pelvic floor muscles.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Urinary incontinence (stress, urgency, mixed).
- Genital prolapse (organ prolapse).
- Sexual dysfunction.
- Chronic pelvic pain.
- Postpartum rehabilitation for recovery after childbirth.
Dry needling physiotherapy

Dry needling physiotherapy is a specialized treatment technique used by physiotherapists to relieve muscle pain and improve musculoskeletal function with the help of subdermal needles.
The main goal is to target “trigger points,” which are hypersensitive and tense areas in the muscles, often associated with muscle pain and dysfunction.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Musculoskeletal pain: Such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc.
- Myofascial pain syndromes
- Sports injuries: Such as muscle sprains, tendinopathies, and muscle strains.
- Other musculoskeletal disorders: Such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and certain types of neuropathic pain.
Jaw physiotherapy (TMJ)
TMJ (temporomandibular joint) physiotherapy is a specialized approach to physiotherapy that aims to assess and treat disorders affecting this complex joint, commonly called the jaw.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Jaw pain: Including facial pain, pain in or around the ear, and pain when opening/closing the mouth.
- Limitation of mouth opening: Difficulty in opening the jaw completely.
- Joint dysfunction: Including clicking, crackling, or locking during jaw movement.
- Associated muscle problems: Such as muscle spasm in the jaw and facial muscles.
Shockwave therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive method used in physiotherapy to treat various musculoskeletal and tendon conditions. Here is a detailed description of this technique:
- Shockwaves are high-energy acoustic waves that are generated outside the patient's body that promote tissue healing, cellular regeneration and pain reduction.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Tendinopathies
- Tendon calcifications
- Muscle pain
- Plantar fasciitis
- Iliotibial band syndrome
- Osteoarthritis
- And other.

Physiotherapy approach massage therapy
Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that uses massage techniques to relieve muscle pain, promote relaxation and improve overall well-being. It combines perfectly with conventional physiotherapy treatments.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Post-traumatic rehabilitation: To help with recovery after an injury
muscle or surgery.
- Management of musculoskeletal disorders: Such as back pain, neck tension and shoulder pain.
- Injury prevention: By improving flexibility and reducing muscle tension.
- Relief from headaches and migraines: By relaxing the neck and shoulder muscles often associated with these conditions.
Vestibular physiotherapy

Vestibular physiotherapy is a specialty of physiotherapy that focuses on the assessment and treatment of disorders of the vestibular system which includes the balance organs located in the inner ear.
What is the function of the vestibular system?
The vestibular system is responsible for the perception of balance, posture, and movement. It includes the semicircular canals and otoliths in the inner ear, which detect head movements and the position of the head relative to gravity.
Indications for this type of treatment:
- Dizziness and lightheadedness
- Balance disorders
- Associated visual problems
- Rehabilitation after inner ear surgery
